Advanced Language Patterns

A two day program which develops an understanding for how to listen to form and context of a communication as well as simply to content. People will tell you everything that you will need to know in order to manage them, motivate them, sell to them, negotiate with them or relate effectively with them. It is only a process of, do you know what questions to ask in order to uncover the information and do you know how to listen for and understand the responses you get by questioning. This program will teach you the questions to ask to really understand what works for and motivates another person. This class will also teach you how to understand and utilize the information contained in the responses your questions evoke. By taking this class now you can be more effective as a motivator, manager, educator or salesperson. Some of the concepts you will master include knowing:

  • If a person responds better to the carrot or the stick approach to being managed and motivated
  • How another person knows things and what exactly it will take to convince them
  • What is important to someone and how to use what is important in negotiation and motivation
  • How to customize sale presentations to form fit the needs of your customers
  • How human personalities support and enhance each other and why conflicts often occur between individuals
  • How to maximize potential between team members
  • How to put together win/win groups and organizations
